Supplier and Expense report Analyst
I. General Summary:
Create all Oracle and for most TBA locations in North and Central America. Create all Oracle Customers for most TBA locations currently using Oracle in North and Central America. Administer iExpense reporting system including final approvals. Support other corporate accounting functions including creating corporate card transactions.
II. Essential Job Functions:
A. Create and maintain supplier information and documentation in Oracle.
a. Responsible for entering new supplier information and documentation into Oracle supplier database, ensuring all required data is received before supplier is activated.
b. Review supplier-requested changes to banking and other information and enter appropriate changes into Oracle supplier database while adhering to internal policies and procedures.
c. Effectively communicate with suppliers to ensure changes to supplier data are accurate.
B. Administer I-Expense reporting system including conducting final approvals for each expense report.
a. Within Oracle, provide final review and approval of team member expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal policies.
C. Create Customers in Oracle.
a. Responsible for entering new customer information and documentation into Oracle customer database, ensuring all required data is received before customer is activated.
D. Follow safety, quality, confidentiality, and information security policies and procedures.
E. Process Accounting department’s mail.
III. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:
• Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or General Business, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
Experience:
• Entry to two (2) year of work experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger or other general accounting and finance functions.
Personal/Technical Skills:
• General understanding and working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• General business knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to process and maintain high volume of data and documents for Oracle administration and iExpense reporting.
• Familiarity with tax documents and banking information to set up supplier electronic payments.
• Basic math skills and analysis capability.
• Strong multitasking and organization skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with both internal and external customers.
Language Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Computer/Software:
• ERP System experience (Oracle preferred).
• Requires proficiency in MS Excel.
• Solid working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other computer-based applications (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.).

Office: Open Office Environment, moderate noise level.

Travel: 0-5%
V. Physical Demands:
Ability to sit and work on a computer for extensive periods of time is required. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, see, and hear. The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time and is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds.
